Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about our video recording and live streaming services.
Booking & Process
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally at least a month in advance for planning and preparation. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests. Contact us to check availability.
What happens if my event runs longer than planned?
If the event doesn't match the standard packages exactly, we're happy to put together a custom quote. Every project is bespoke.
If the event unexpectedly runs longer than planned, extra recording time costs €125 per (part of an) hour.
Do you offer discounts for non-commercial events?
Yes! For non-commercial projects (cultural sector, charities, or fully volunteer-organised events), we're happy to think along about special rates. Non-commercial projects receive a standard 35% discount on the regular packages.
Equipment & Technical
Do you provide audio equipment?
We can provide wireless microphones (lavalier or handheld) for small events where no amplification is needed. That's purely to capture sound well. We can also connect to your existing audio setup via XLR/Jack, which is our preference, or use a directional microphone. However, we do not provide extensive audio equipment or amplification equipment. If that's not arranged by the venue, we recommend hiring an additional party for that.
Do you provide lighting equipment?
We can provide a simple lighting kit from €250 for small events where no professional lighting is available. That's purely to light the speaker well and add a bit of colour to the background. Think of an event in an office or meeting room that could use better lighting.
For music or theatre, we recommend hiring a full lighting kit if none is available on site.
Can you stream to multiple platforms simultaneously?
Yes! We can stream to YouTube, Twitch, Zoom and other platforms simultaneously. Just let us know which platforms you need during booking.
What file formats do you deliver?
The main video mix is delivered as 1080p60 MP4 format. With the Full Service package, you also receive individual camera recordings in 4K30 format on an SSD drive that you can keep.
Do you work outdoors?
No, our equipment is designed for indoor use only. We don't do outdoor events due to weather conditions (rain and direct sunlight can damage equipment).
What is the maximum distance from your control desk to cameras?
The maximum cable length from our control desk to cameras is 50 metres. The practical distance can be shorter due to cable routing. For larger venues, contact us to discuss what options are available.
How many cameras do you use?
Our Basic and Full Service packages include 3 cameras. The Full Day package includes 4 cameras. Extra cameras can be added on request; costs depend on the situation. We can deploy an extra good-quality webcam from €50 (with limited distance to the mixing desk), but better cameras cost more. Contact us to discuss what's possible.
What are pre-loaded media & overlays?
Pre-loaded media & overlays are video or image files we can load onto your live stream and recording. This includes title cards, opening scenes, break screens, lower third titles (name tags and titles that appear at the bottom of the screen), logos, backgrounds, and other graphic elements. These help brand your event and provide a more polished, professional look. The Basic package includes only an opening, break and ending graphic. With Full Service and Full Day packages, you can provide us with your media files in advance, and we'll integrate them seamlessly into your live stream and final recording. Media files must be supplied no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.
Delivery & Post-Production
How long does it take to receive my video?
You'll receive your final video (1080p60 MP4) within 3 working days after your event. If you ordered post-production services (highlight reel, vertical clips, clean post-production), those are delivered within 3–5 weeks.
Can you still post-produce the video?
Yes, if desired we can still post-produce the video. This can mean removing breaks, adding titles/branding, tightening camera cuts, and other adjustments such as colour correction, subtitles, and more.
We can also make vertical clips for social media, a highlight reel to capture the atmosphere of the event, or split recordings into different parts. Feel free to ask us for a custom proposal.
Can I get raw footage?
Yes! With the Full Service package, you can receive individual camera recordings in highest quality on an SSD drive. For other packages, raw footage can be requested at extra cost. Contact us for pricing.
