How Does It Work?
From request to delivery: a simple 5-step process.
Request & Quote
Choose a package on our packages page and send us an email with your event details. We'll contact you within 24 hours to discuss and send a detailed quote. No date set yet? No problem—everything is non-binding at this stage.
Approval & Preparation
Once approved, we ask for a 50% deposit (remaining balance due 7 days before your event). Send us any graphics, logos, or titles you want in the video at least 14 days before—this helps us prepare everything in advance.
Setup & Recording
We arrive 1 hour before your event to set up cameras and equipment. During your event, we control multiple cameras remotely and produce a live mix. If streaming, we handle the technical setup.
Delivery
Within 3 working days, you'll receive your final video (1080p60 MP4) as a digital download. Complete package customers also receive an SSD with raw footage.
Post-Production (Optional)
If you ordered post-production (highlight reel, vertical clips, etc.), we'll deliver that within 3-5 weeks. You pay for post-production after delivery.
